Winners of our Live Stream Giveaways are announced live on air during the live stream and are also entered into the giveaway spreadsheet during the stream.  Winners must be present during live stream giveaways, so if you were there, you will know that you’ve won!

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Each giveaway may have its own unique set of rules. In the event of conflicting terms, the rules specified for the individual giveaway will control. The following Official Rules are standard and apply to all Silver Seeker and Coolstax giveaways unless otherwise stated.

1. Eligibility:

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Excluded U.S. jurisdictions include Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and other U.S. territories and possessions. Employees, officers, and representatives of the sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, as well as immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win. All applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations apply.

Note: Quebec residents are excluded due to that province’s additional legal requirements for contests and giveaways, which require registration, fees, and French-language translations. These restrictions make it impractical for small, informal giveaways like the ones I do on my channel and website.

2. Giveaway Period:

Each giveaway will run during the period specified in the announcement for that particular giveaway. Sponsor’s computer or platform clock shall be the official timekeeping device.

3. Prizes:

• Entrants may win items randomly drawn during the Silver Seeker YouTube Channel or related promotions.
• Total prize values vary by giveaway and will be disclosed at the time of the giveaway announcement.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed, except that the sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

4. How to Enter:

• Entry methods vary by giveaway type and will be specified in the announcement.
• Live-stream giveaways: Enter through the live YouTube chat as instructed during the stream.
• Website-related giveaways: Follow the instructions on the giveaway entry page.
• Use of multiple accounts or automated systems to obtain more entries than allowed is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. Winner Selection:

• Winners (and alternate winners, if applicable) will be selected by the sponsor in accordance with the method described in the giveaway announcement.
• Selections are final and binding in all respects.

6. Prize Claim:

• Potential winners must respond to notification and contact the sponsor within seven (7) days of announcement or attempted notification. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (without assistance) in order to be declared a winner. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
• Unclaimed or forfeited prizes may not be re-awarded, at sponsor’s sole discretion.
• Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges associated with receipt or use of the prize.

7. Rights of Sponsor:

The sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

8. Additional Rules:

Individual giveaway announcements may include additional terms and conditions, which shall take precedence over these standard rules in the event of a conflict.

9. YouTube Policies:

• All participants must comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines. Entries that do not comply will be disqualified.
• YouTube is not a sponsor of any Silver Seeker or Coolstax giveaway and is released from any responsibility by each entrant. These giveaways are not endorsed by, associated with, or administered by YouTube.

10. Data Collection:

• Data collected is used solely for the purpose of administering giveaways and communicating with entrants. The winner’s first name and last initial may be publicly disclosed. No other personal data will be shared, sold, or used for unrelated purposes.

11. Entry Requirements:

Attempts to interfere with any giveaway, manipulate entries, or otherwise unfairly increase odds of winning will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.

12. Release and Limitations of Liability:

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Silver Seeker, Coolstax.com, YouTube, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or damages of any kind arising out of participation in any giveaway or use of any prize.

13. Governing Law:

Giveaways are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Missouri without regard to conflicts of law principles. For Canadian residents, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these rules or the rights and obligations of participants and sponsor shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws of Canada (excluding Quebec). All disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Missouri, U.S.A.
