A silver surplus in 2027, but prices potentially climbing above $90? That might sound contradictory, but there's more to the silver market than industrial demand. Here's why I think silver can still have a strong future, even if manufacturers find ways to use less of it.
Every time a big bank puts out a gold forecast, silver stackers want to know what it means for silver. This month Bank of America said gold hasn’t bottomed, and a day later Bloomberg’s Mike McGlone called for $50 silver. They look like one story, but they aren’t. So I pulled up the charts to see how much gold really tells us about where silver is headed.
We hear it all the time... industrial demand is going to send silver prices through the roof! Heck, I've said it myself. But have you ever considered that the companies using all this silver actually WANT lower prices? And with industrial silver demand declining despite all the growth in AI, solar, and technology, I think there's another side to this argument that silver stackers really need to consider.
