Delivery Information

Order Processing:

We process orders between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.  Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be processed the following week.  Your order will be processed during those times and within 5 business days unless otherwise noted.
You will receive an email when your order is shipped that will include a tracking number for your order.

Shipping Information:

- United States Postal Service

Coolstax ships all regular orders via USPS for the low flat rate of $4.99.

Stacker Box monthly boxes may have different shipping amount as part of the monthly fee based in how heavy the monthly packages are estimated to be.

- Shipping Insurance

Coolstax guarantees that all packages will be delivered by USPS to the address given when the order is placed.  If an order is not delivered by the USPS to the address given during the order, please contact us and we will work with you from there.

- Shipping Address:
The shipping address MUST match the payment address or we will cancel your order.  Because of possible fraud, there will be no exceptions.

- Mystery Pack and Stacker Box Specific Information

• Stacker Boxes will be shipped within 5* business days of verified payment received each month.
  *Unless Otherwise Notified via e-mail due to vacation or unexpected absences that may cause a delay.
• The Spot Price used to determine the amount of Silver and/or Gold in a Stacker Box is determined on the day of shipping.

Note: Your order will be carefully packaged regardless of whether or not you choose to insure it.
